Marching Ahead
A new month and a fresh start. It was March 2020, our country went into full lockdown. One year on, lotta things have changed.
March is for greatness and marching ahead. So, to embody that spirit, below are the list of habits I want to practice:
- Meditate for 10 minutes.
- Read for 15 minutes
- Few lines of longhand journaling.
- Any form of exercise for 30 minutes, three times a week.
